Under the guidance of Founder Principal and Manager mam Mrs. Vinita Gupta ,Teej was celebrated with happiness and delight in North-Ex Public School, Sector 3,Rohini.Students of classes 6th and 7th performed the cultural program. Teej means the ” third ” denoting the third day after the full moon when the monsoon begins as per the Hindu calendar. Teej is a popular festival celebrated mainly by women in India and Nepal. Married women observe fast on this day for the long life of their husbands. It is celebrated in the month of August or September. The festival of Teej is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati.
