Students absent on the day of exam shall be marked absent and second chance will not be given in any

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

School timings on examination days will be 08:00 am – 12:15 pm.
Days between the exams should be considered as preparatory leaves.
School transport timing on examination days will remain same.
School transport pick up timing on examination days will remain unchanged but drop operations will commence at 1.40 p.m. Parent must reach at assigned stop as schedule droop time.

Grades will be awarded in ancillary subject according to 3 points grading scale.
Internal marks will be given as follows: Periodic Test-25 marks, Attendance 5 marks, Subject enrichment 5 marks, Project-based activities 5 marks, Portfolio 5 marks and Multiple assessment 5 marks.

Result will be declared on 11th October 2025 –Saturday -8:30 m. to 10:30 a.m. and progress report will be handed over to the parents on that day.
Clearance of Dues:In case you have not paid due fees of your ward till date, please deposit the same immediately in any case before commencement of half yearly examination & take clearance from the reception.
